Session details:

Location – Grand Prairie Studio @ 4115 Norway Lane, Grand Prairie, 75052. (Yes, my studio is in my backyard!)

15-20 minutes session time (firm time frame)

Please note that the outdoor Christmas tree farm will be available starting Thanksgiving weekend.

Final edited image files with printing rights

Digital download of photos ready within 2-3 weeks.

Mini session options of 5, 10, or all digital files in an online gallery.

$250 Mini Session: The $250 mini session includes 5 images from the 15 to 20-minute session with the option to purchase additional files, books, or other print products.

$300 Mini Session: The $300 mini session includes 10 images from the 15 to 20-minute session with the option to purchase additional files, books, or other print products.

$400 Mini Session: The $400 mini session includes all final images from the 20-minute session with the option to purchase books or other print products.

$500 Mini Session: The $500 mini session includes all final images from the 20-minute session and a 10×10 photo book with 20 pages and at least 20 of your images in it. RUSHED 48-hour editing turn-around time for gallery delivery.

Pet fee – $30

Need a longer session or extended session for multiple families, contact me to reserve your session.

One-hour portrait session starts at $600.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RETAINER PAYMENT ( $100 ) IS NON REFUNDABLE & IS SET IN PLACE TO HOLD YOUR SPOT.

A retainer payment of $100 is due to secure your time slot and the balance is due the day before the session. The retainer payment and photo session payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling your session is possible to another date, but may not be at the same location. Please note, if it is rescheduled the other session may conflict with the holidays and it is not guaranteed that you will have your photos before Christmas. Additional digital files, prints, canvas, Christmas cards, and other photography products are available for an additional fee. An email with the details of the location and the balance due will be sent out a few days before the event date. Please leave a valid email address and contact number in case I need to reach you.

DATE: Dates are listed and if a date that you are interested in isn’t listed, please contact me and I can let you know my availability.

INVESTMENT: Varies from $300-$500, depending on the package you selected: $100 retainer due today to reserve your date + time. The remaining balance is due prior to the session date when confirmation emails go out. Discounts or credits may NOT be used towards these themed minis.

INCLUDED: Your mini session includes up to 15-20-minute sessions with 10 or all final high-resolution images sent via an online gallery. The included files are based on the package you choose and all are high-resolution files.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Mini sessions include your immediate family in your household up to 6 family members (Parents + Children). $25 for each additional person. You can add on people or book two back-to-back sessions for extended family and for sessions where you want multiple outfits. *** Due to the nature of these sessions the $100 retainer OR any payments paid toward this session are non-refundable. ONLY additional payments made toward the balance, besides the retainer is transferable to another type of session. If you are unable to make your session date + time you will be first offered an alternative date OR you may transfer payment toward a regular price full session for future use, no exceptions.***

You are allowed to sell your session if you are not able to attend for any reason, for the price you paid. If you choose to resell your session, please understand the studio can not aid in any way with the resell. All transactions must be made independently. The new session will need to check in with the studio with the name of the person who originally purchased the session at monicasalazarphoto@gmail.com
