Dallas engagement photographer, Monica Salazar captured Sofia + Yonas Dallas Engagement Portraits in the Dallas Arts District
Sofia and Yonas are engaged and getting married in August! They are super sweet, fun, loving, and romantic couple! I met up with them in Downtown Dallas at the Dallas Arts District and it was interesting to learn that they had never taken pictures together as a couple. I wasn’t sure how they were going to act, but they have so much chemistry and love for one another, that they were naturals in front of the camera during their Dallas engagement portrait session.
Here are a few of my favorites from their modern Dallas engagement portrait session in the Dallas Arts District area. We used areas around the Winspear Opera House, middle of the streets, and just anywhere that I thought would be unique areas for this couple.

Dallas Arts District Engagement Photos
Love this greenery wall at the Dallas Arts District! It’s the perfect backdrop for any photo session; especially this fun, modern engagement photo session.
This was Sofia’s must have Pinterest engagement photo! The original image had polaroids, but we made a few slight changes in her inspiration pose.
Street photography was a must have for their engagement session. They wanted more of a city look for their photos.
