How Taft proposed to Taylor!
When I arrived at the lake, Taft and his mom arrived shortly after. He asked me for my opinion as to where the best spot would be for him to set up for his proposal. His mom helped him place white linen on the grass and then two accent tables with gold and marble accents. On the tables, he placed a photo of the two of them on one and then his bible on the other. They then placed white roses and rose petals on top of the white linen. It was a bit windy, so they had glass jars filled with white sand to hold down the linen at the four corners. Plus, they used some natural elements, wooden branches to hold a few extra pieces down, to make sure it wouldn’t fly away. Everything was placed beautifully.

I asked Taft how did he know when she would be arriving and did she know where to go. Well, her friends and her mom were all in on it. They were texting Taft of their location and what their estimated time of arrival would be to the lake. In this case, Taylor was driving the car and she was so happy and excited, she almost forgot to place the car in park. She walked over to Taft and he was anxiously awaiting her arrival. I was at a distance, so I don’t know what he said to Taylor. I do know he grabbed his bible and read her a verse. After he said a few other words, he got down on one knee and proposed to her. Of course, she said YES! You can see how happy she was during the proposal. After she said yes, her mom, brother, and friends joined them for hugs and photos.
We took some group photos and then finished up with photos of the newly engaged couple.
