Do not hang your wedding dress or any clothes from the sprinkler system at your hotel or venue! 

The sprinkler system is there to protect the building in case of a fire, and if it goes off, it could damage your dress, clothes, hotel, or venue. Ultimately you would responsible for any of those damages.
