How he asked: I was contacted by wedding planner Leah Frizzel about my availability for this wonderful rooftop proposal in Dallas, TX. I knew the plan was for him to walk her to this area of the rooftop and then he was going to ask her if she will marry him. Everything was pretty quick and as soon as he got down on one knee, she was shocked and began to cry. After he proposed, she was still surprised and said to him I had a dream that you proposed, but I didn’t want to say anything. After the engagement proposal, we all headed back to the lobby and into the bar area. They have a separate area that they had blocked off and he surprised her again by having her family and friends there to celebrate with them. Then we took family photos in the lobby and they continued with their celebration.
