Getting Ready at The Ashton Hotel //
Connie and Willie united in marriage on May 13th. My day with them started off hanging out with the bride and bridesmaids in the Presidential Suite at the Ashton Hotel in downtown Fort Worth, TX.
Here is a preview of their wedding day. These are a few of my favorites and it was hard to choose which ones to blog for this post. I’ll have another post next week to show you some from their ceremony and reception.

The beautiful bride and her bridesmaids posed for a cute group picture before changing into their dresses. This is the sneak preview photo I posted on Facebook. Someone recognized one of Connie’s bridesmaids from the Today show. Yes, she is Tamron Hall from the Today show and MSNBC in case you were wondering why she looked so familiar. 
Now ti was time to change it up and have a little bit of fun and add some silliness to their day. 
All of the bouquets were gorgeous! 
The bride’s bouquet is exquisite! I love the peony flowers! 
If you’re planning your wedding and are not sure how many hours of photography you’ll need; think of how you want your wedding day to be captured. I highly recommend allowing at least an hour before your ceremony for photos of your wedding dress, accessories, and you getting ready. Those are all special moments that you want to be able to remember and capture through photographs.
Candid moments are some of my favorite moments to capture! I love the natural reactions when people don’t expect it and are not posing for the camera.
